Is it felt under th truck or at the wheel?

Hard to say there is a slight shimmy in the wheel but the vehicle still travels straight and true it seems more like the transmission the engine seems to be running fine with just the usual oil leaks around the tappet covers

Ok this is most likely either a shifted belt in the tire a bent rim or an out of balanced axle . Were these checked up in the air with a tech driving the car and one under the car to see what's actually causing this issue . This is the correct way to diagnose this issue .
