Hello I will help you with your question,

 

Any shop with a flush machine can hookup to the oil cooler lines and flush your transmission.

 

To check the level follow the procedure below

To change the fluid by draining

Your fluid type is Total ATF H50235 or Esso LT71141 but a Quaker State or Penzoil Multi ATF will work in this transmission.

 

VW dealers have the spec oil at a fair price if you do not have a Suzuki dealer near

it can be bg synthetic but not dex 3 right?

You are correct that the BG Synthetic #312 will work but Dexron 3 is not compatable with this transmission. At least that is what BG claims and they will carry the warranty on the fluid use.
