Did you still need help?
Did you open up the hydualic system at all?
Did you replace just the pads and rotors or did you replace the calipers?
yes i open the hydrualic system and i only replace the pads
Ok... why did you open the hydrualic system?
i even took the batery charge so that the computer will reset but still the breaks still go all the way to the floor
If you are just replacing pads, there is no reason to open the hydraulic system
THis is most likley because you need ot bleed the brakes
Have you tried ot bleed the brakes?
If not, this needs to be done
so i could put some brake fluids in it
This is why your brake pedal goes ot the floor
You need ot bleed the brakes
The brake system has air in it
how do i bleed it?
IT is real simple
Fill the brake
Fluid all the way up
and have an assistant
Step on the brake pedal
while you open up one of the bleeders
After the brake pedal goes ot the floor
then close the bleeder up and
Have them release the brake pedal
Then continue to do this until all of the air is out of the system
Do this on both sides until you get nothing but fluid out
where are the bleeders located?
This will fix your brake pedal probnlem
ON the calipers
IT is a 8 or 10 mm bolt on the calipers
MAybe a 3/8
The caliper that holds the brake pads in it
THat has the brake bleeder
is the hose conected to the brakes?
Or on top of it
But your not doing anything with the hose
Just the brake bleeder

i need to detach the hose?
Just leave the wheel off
Then crack open the bleeder
and have an assistant push the brake pedal down
and then close the bleeder up
and then have them lift up on the pedal
Then repeat this proccess
And this will take care of your low brake pedal
i will accept the answer when I get the brakes working thanks
