Most common is a faulty window regulator and motor was this checked?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

yes and it is just the back windows both of them, thedealership said it is a

fuse box under the driver dash the cost $755 that needs to be replaced.

So they are saying it's a body control unit that's failing?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

body control unit?

on my statement it says compartment fuse box.

i wound think that if i needed somthing that expensive it would be because all the windows are not working, not just two.

You are correct . Most common is a faulty window regulator and have seen 2 fail at the same time . These need to be checked next . You can remove the door panels and connect them to direct power and see if they operate if they do then it would be a master switch issue or wiring last possibly fuse box but like you stated there would be other issues besides just 2 windows not working . So I would have the window regulators checked next. Then the wiring . You do not need to go to then dealer for this a good independent shop can diagnose the issue. Woes case scenario if it was a fuse box issue you could get it from a salvage yard for about 125 dollars instead of 755.00. These would be the next steps . Hoped this helped.Positive feedback and bonuses greatly appreciated .

Yes there is a body control unit but when this fails all windows will usually not work .
