How do I replace the spark plugs on the 1998 Mitsubishi 3000 GT?
Hi welcome to will answer your question the best I can,

Spark plugs are removed by removing the inlet manifold
below is a diagram of what to remove .

This is normally done with the timing belt at 60.000 and 120,000m
with the valve cover gasket ,cam and crank seals, spark plug hole seals,
tensioner and belt roller, ass belts serpentine belt ,and water pump.

Need further assistance please let me know.

I have 87k on this car, would you suggest replacing the timing belt & water pump as well?
Hi .

Most definitely would i suggest this.

Its normal that a engine like yours should be done at this time or every 5 years and you are way past this .
This is a preventative maintenance service so you don't have big expensive engine repair bills.

This a a great car look after it Wink

Need further assistance be happy to help .
