Customer:

lots of smoks more like fuel vaper to me

GM Tech (Cam) :

OK, white is usually coolant that blows white, fuel is black.

Customer:

I did have a problem with coolant leak but i dont understand why the exhaust smells like gas could it be cadillac convertor or something as simple as sparkplug or wires

GM Tech (Cam) :

No, I really thing this is coolant. When it is burning fuel, the smoke is black and soot.

GM Tech (Cam) :

If the conveter was bad it would restrict flow. Take all the plugs out and see if one is cleaner than the rest.

Customer:

could it not be a cracked head or head gasket?

GM Tech (Cam) :

yes, that is what I am thinking. Looking at the plugs may tell us which side.

Customer:

thank for you info. will take your advice may contact you later
