2001 Lincoln Continental: I remove the dash plastic to get

I want to replace my climatrol in my 2001 Lincoln Continental - How do I remove the dash plastic to get at the climatrol unit? I have already purchased a used climatrol for the car

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove lower instrument panel steering column cover. Remove left retaining screw from center instrument panel finish panel, disengage the retaining clips and carefully reposition finish panel away from instrument panel. Push in on retaining tabs and remove EATC sensor hose and elbow from finish panel. Remove radio retaining screws. Remove EATC module retaining screws and pull module from instrument panel. Disconnect vacuum and harness connectors from rear of EATC module. To install, reverse removal procedure.Most of the plastic is snap in style may have to pull a little to release.hope this helps
