Hello and thank you for using Just Answer

when the Engine Light Flashes this means there is a misfire that can damage your catalytic converters

you need to plug in with a scan tool or code reader to find out which cylinder is misfiring

it could be spark plugs or ignition coil

you need to find out which cylinder is acting up by reading the codes

let me know if you need more help

thanks

I DID "NOT" SAY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT I SAID A "CHECK LIGHT" UNDER THE T.O.D. PANNEL. TORUQE ON DEMAND

Sorry about that

you need to jumper pin #4 to pin #8 in the Datalink Connector under the left side of dash

then turn the key on and read the flashes of the light to get codes

it will flash code 12 3 times before flashing the fault codes.

let me know what you get for a code.

let me know what code you get

thanks

OK I WILL GET THAT CHECKED OUT TONIGHT WHEN I GET OF WORK...BUT CAN I STILL DRIVE OR WILL MY WHEELS FALL OFF
Expert:  Paul M ASE Master replied 6 years ago.

you should be ok if nothing feels funny

it can usually effect the front axles which would just cause it to drive in 2 wheel

let me know what codes you find

Paul
