Ok. This p-code is pointing to a fault with the internal heater for the oxygen sensor in Bank 2, Sensor 2. The PCM uses the heater to get the sensor to normal operating temps within a matter of seconds on cold starts. Replacing this sensor should solve the problem. It's located under the vehicle, mounted to the exhaust pipe, behind the catalytic converter on the driver's side.

The left rear oxygen sensor has a U.S. Dealer price of around $339. However, you should be able to get it from any local parts store, as this is a pretty common fail item. You may even be able to get it cheaper from somewhere like
