I HAVE A 2001 MITSUBISHI MONTERO XLS WITH A BATTERY DRAW OF 3800 MILLIAMPS WHEN I PULL FUSE NUMBER 15 FOR THE HAZARD LAMPS IT DROPS TO 175 MILLIAMPS ANY IDEAS WHAT ON THAT CIRCUIT IS STAYING ON TO GIVE ME A BATTERY DRAIN

I believe you have a bad lamp socket or a shorted wire. I would act like the bulb is the fuse and test your milliamps after you remove and install each bulb. then check for shorts.
