1995 lincoln continental: v8..cylander 7 is mis fire

i am looking at a 1995 lincoln continental v8. cylander 7 is mis fire. code p0307. also code p0174 too lean. does this sound like a big problem?
More then likely you have a vacuum leak, and a bad spark plug or spark plug wire. A basic tune up should take care of your problem.

lastly are there any common problems i should look forward to with a continental with 97,000 miles? like engines blows at 100,000 miles, or there transmissions suck and blow up at 100,000

The only common problems are with the air suspension. But that is with all lincolns.
