what do you do when the bolt is completly tight. and i still cannot get the belt on. or am i supposed to losen the bolt?
You will want to loosen the bolt that goes in the front of the tensioner pulley and then turn the adjustment bolt, (from the bottom) counter clockwise to allow the pulley to move UP to get the belt on. You can sort of see the "ghostly" image of the adjustment bolt, through the pulley in the picture.
