2000 mitsubishi eclipse: seat..factory amp now i cut the harness

Resolved Question:

i have a 2000 mitsubishi eclipse with infinty stereo and amp under seat / i removed factory stero and factory amp i put in aftermarket stereo and amp in same location all i have left is attaching speaker wires to amp that were connected to a harness and attached to factory amp now i cut the harness and now have only wire problem cant figure out how speaker wires are running/connected thought it would just be pos /neg for each speaker but its not ran that way in order to get rear speaker and door speaker on i have to conect like three wires together then to amp im confused can anyone help how are the factory speakers ran and can i use exsisting wiring at all?

Here is a diagram that shows where all the factory wires go. You should be able to determine your speakers pretty easy.
