Hello and thank you for using Just Answer

most common cause of creaking noise while turning is outer tie rod ends or ball joints

you need to use a mechanics stethacope to determine which part is noisey

if you rock the wheel back and forth does it sound like a squeaky bed spring?

let me know if you need more help

Yes. Rocking the wheel up and down makes a squeaky bed spring noise. Ball joint(s)?

it could be the outer tie rod ends or the ball joints you need to get under with a stehacope you could try touching a long screwdriver to the parts while a partner rocks the wheel

which ever is producing louder noise is the culprit outer tie rod end or ball joint

if you can get a mechanics stehascope it works best and should be less than 10 dollars

let me know how you make out
