Does the clicking sound come from inside or outside of the vehicle?

Does the noise change with vehicle speed?

Does it do it constantly or only under certain conditions?

Any recent repairs?

The sound comes from the inside, somewhere around the steering column or inserument panel area... this just started so we have'nt had much of a chance to test it by dirving it. We can tell you that we traveled around 10 miles with the constant clicking and then stoped at a store for about an hour and on the way back the noise had gone away. So the clicking i'd say is intermittent... The sound only happens when the vehicle is moving, it does not happen when it is standing still, The vehicle is a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhoutte Van...

This sounds to me like a problem in the cluster. The clicking you hear is most likely the speedometer or odometer ticking away as you are driving. This would explain why you only hear it when you are moving. Listen closely in the area of the instrument cluster and you will likely find that is where it is coming from.
