Kia sephia: started fine..wont start..lights work goes

my kia sephia started fine ,I went to the store and it won't start, not a click. Radio, lights work fine. Just the motor fan goes and the battery is new. Can you help

sounds like the starter is no good. you can try hitting it with a small hammer while turning the key. sometimes that works to get it started, but it will still need to be replaced. hope this helps. good luck.
