2004 mazda: overheated..overheats..Cools down when idling

Resolved Question:

My 2004 Mazda6 overheated. Only overheats while moving. Cools down when idling. If it's thermostat, is it easy to get too? Spotted a small amount of coolant by the coolant reservoir.

It could be multiple possible problems but replacing the thermostat is definitly the first place to start since its so common and cheapest/easiest to replace. Here are instructions to replace, let me know if you have questions. Thanks
