That axle doesn't come apart in the center, (as per service bulletin) and the CV joint is sold with the axle shaft as an assembly.

The 2006 Model Year Sonata contains a right hand drive shaft assembly that cannot be separated at the intermediate shaft and bearing support like previous models.

 

WARNING :Do not attempt to separate the intermediate shaft from the drive shaft. Attempting to do this could result in damage to the drive shaft assembly.

CAN I JUST CANGE THE OUTER AXLE END JUST THE PART WITH THE THREADS AND TONE RING ON IT? JUST REMOVE OUTER BOOT SEPERATE, THEN SWITCH BAD END W GOOD END?

 

Yes, if there is a CV joint available, you can do that. Just replace the end joint.
