I have an eclipse spyder gt 2002 that had a dead battery, now the radio alarm requires a code that I do not have. The radios serial number 15155267d and the other number on the radio is MR490088
Hi, I can help you with this.The code for your radio is 7931If your radio displays "CODE", do the following:Turn the ignition and radio on so that CODE is displayedPress number 1 through number 4 memory select button to set the four-digit security code Starting with preset button one, every time the button is pressed, the figure changes as follows: 0 to 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 to 6 to 7 to 8 to 9 to 0Once digit one is set, set digit two with preset button two, and so on for all four digits.Once the correct code is displayed, you must push the unlock button for your model. This varies by model but is always either CD, AM/FM, or TAPE. There is no penalty for pushing the wrong one, as long as your code is displayed correct, so just push them in that order, and the radio will beep and turn on when the right one is pressed.-If your radio displays "OFF" from too many failed attempts, you must leave the key in the ignition turned to Accessory or ON, while the display reads OFF and leave it for at least one hour.
