have you done a throtle cleaning, its possible for the throtle to be carbonize to the point that it offsets other sensors like the idle air control valve?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

haven't done a throttle cleaning, where exactly on the throttle needs to be cleaned?

Expert:  transman replied 7 years ago.
the inside plate and body remove the air hose to the throtle and the plate should be visible just move the throtle to open and clean the plate and surrounding, make sure you disconnect the battery before performing this job, use choke cleaner , or throtle cleaner spray can, you can locate some at any parts store, and if problem continues then you will need a idle speed control valve.
