There is a couple of components that need to be checked for Voltage & Output

Fuel Pump Relay
Main Relay
ECM

Check for Voltage on both relays with key On & off
Check for signal from ECM (#16) to Relay to verify that the ECM is turning on the Relay

all ready did checks on ecm,relays, and they checked out fine

That is new information that you didn't supply..........

What were the checks, readings, voltage etc.??
There is 2 things that work the Fuel Pump..Voltage & Ground
