What are the readings of the high side and low side when the system is running?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I didn't check the high side but the low side is about 110

110 with or with out the engine running and the a/c on?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
with car running and the ac on max,

Yes that is too high and the most likely cause is the expansion valve. It is a small orifice and can easily get plugged or restricted. I suggest replacing it and the receiver drier as well.
