98 olds intrigue: parking..bulbs..the turn signal is used..lite

This answer was rated:

I have a 98 olds intrigue. The front parking lites and side markers do not work - new bulbs. When the turn signal is used with the lite switch on, the front park lites iluminate with no blink, but no side marker, the turn signal bulb blinks. The rear lites function properly.

I have no wiring diagram or owners manual.
Any help is appriciated.

Can you tell me if the fuse 34 was labeled any differently? How many amp was the fuse 34?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
The fuse is a 20 amp fuse. the label in the fuse box cover calls it (LP PARK).
There is power to the rt leg of the fuse holder.
Where is this fuse located?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
In the fuse relay center on the rt wheel well under the hood.

Also, the car passed inspection last thursday. Then the water pump went and sprayed out over the front/rt side of the engine compartment. In replacing the pump, I removed the battery and had the fuse center lying in the battery area. I have considered a broken wire but thought there could be something else that went bad at the wrong time - these things will suck you in wont they.

There is a fuse in the fuse box behind the dash, labeled park lamp/ fog lights it is probably your problem, pic below.
