Have you loosed the tensioner . You will need to loosen both fix bolt and nut.. Then use the adjusting nut to release the tension. Picture shown. graphic

Your image is not very clear, I am not sure about the tensioner.I have lossen all the bolts in that area.I didn`t have any problem with the air conditioner belt.

Did you also loosen the adjusting bolt? If so it should come loose. I know the pic is not the best. I will opt out to see if someone else can find a better one. Jim
