Are you talking about the timing belt marks?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
yes and the crank
Expert:  Dan replied 7 years ago.
Give me a few minute and I will put the information on setting the timing belt up in a PDF file so you can print it out.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
outstanding, thank you so much

Here is the PDF file. The ZOOM and the size for print buttons will not work.

make sure the marks are right on when you do this.

We are not able to get the crankshaft pulley off. Where is the notch on the crankshaft pulley supposed to line up with the marks on the timing belt plastic cover. We did not change the timing belt, we just changed the water pump so the crankshaft pulley never came off. The timing belt plastic cover has marks from 0 to 20 on it. Can we line that up instead of the groove and the oil pump.

When you put that to 0 degrees. the #1 piston is at TDC. This engine gets timed with none of the pistons at TDC. The pulley need to come off and get set exactly or it can damage the engine.
