93 mazda protege: it is my wiper switch or motor...wipers dont work

have a 93 mazda protege...need to figure out if it is my wiper switch or motor...wipers don't work.

There are some tests that can be done to pinpoint the problem. Let me give you the diagram as well.

Check continuity following Fig. 13 , then apply battery voltage to motor and first grounding terminal A, then terminal C. Motor should operate at Hi and Lo speeds respectively. If not, repair or replace motor as necessary.
