ok, Here's the procedure for replacement of the tensioner, it's a pretty involved job.

 

REMOVAL

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the accessory drive belt.
  3. Remove the generator assembly. See Starting and Charging.
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.
  5. Remove the oil filter.
  6. Remove accessory drive belt idler pulley.
  7. Remove the A/C compressor mounting bolt.
  8. The A/C compressor. Position it aside.

9. Remove the tensioner.

 

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the tensioner. Tighten the tensioner nut to 54 Nm (37 lb ft).
  2. Install accessory drive belt idler pulley.
  3. Install the A/C compressor. .
  4. The A/C compressor mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts to 54 Nm (40 lb ft).
  5. Install the oil filter.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Install the generator assembly.

8. Install the drive belt.

9.Connect the negative battery cable.
