2003 SAAB: 5 idles very rough at times; it..TRottle..special tools

Resolved Question:

My 2003 SAAB 9-5 idles very rough at times; it was diagnosed to need a TRottle Body and an Ignition Cassette. Can I replace these myself without specual tools or diagnostic equipment?

The ignition casette is on the top of the engine with 4 torx screws and an electrical connector. It is very easy to change. The throttle body will require a little more skill, however its not too hard either, in place of NOT having a scan tool I would disconnect the battery before beginning the work and hopefully things will "reset" on their own(they should) after replacing the throttle body.Good luck and hope this helps.
