Mazda 6: wagon..Park upon start..10 minutes..only happens

Customer Question

Mazda 6 wagon gets stuck in Park upon start up and can take up to 10 minutes to move out of PARK. This only happens upon start up as once it is out I have few problems all day. I have tried not using the E brake and three days used e brake and it seems to not affect it. Brake lights go on so it is not brake switch. Can it be a fuse or a solenoid? I usually hear a fairly loud click as it disengages out of park but since it is on start up only I am concerned that it is something affecte dby the temperature of thecar. Any advice? -Lou
