matt anserwed the first part of the question about timing marks on the pullys but I need to know for sure the marks on the cam pullys are across from each othe or straight up?

Per the service manual the cam timing mark go aross from each other.

Or

Left cam mark at 3 o'clock and right cam mark at 9 o'clock
