I have a 2000 jaguar s-type V8, I just had the transmission rebuild and now I have the DSC fault on. Could this have something to do with the rebuilding the transmission? Where are the DSC sensors located?

Hello and thank you for choosing Just Answer. There is no specific DSC sensor the DSC ( Dynamic Stability Control) works along with the ABS. It is possible that one of the wheel sensors/ abs sensors or wires was damaged during the rebuild. You need to take the car in and have the DSC scanned to find out what the fault is (which is causing it to stay on).
Hi, my question was: where are all this sensors located? I know I have to take it in to be scanned. By the way, my credit card was already charged.
There are servel sensors that input signal to this car. One on each side of the wheels, one mounted at the differentail, and one at the transmission. Also, it charged you card and your deposit was made. However for me to get paid you must push accept.OnlineMechanic40025.5114379282

Thanks for the answer, just one more question. The sensor located on the transmission is it visible from below the car, or is it located above the transmission? Thanks.
