radiator..my oil have no water in it and there is no blue smoke coming

my car over heats i changed my water pump,thermastate, and radiator but it still over heats also my oil have no water in it and there is no blue smoke coming out of the tail pipe

it is a 95 honda civic 1.5L at first it only did it when i would drive long but now its happening when i drive all the time

When the vehicle is hot are the upper and lower radiator hoses the same temperature or is one hotter than the other?

Does the vehicle have a/c? If so is the condenser clear of dirt and debris?

it does have a/c it also has a seperate radiator for the a/c and the condenser is clear
