Its a code for an internal failure in the ecm and needs to be replaced ,did you replace the engine control module (ECM)or the transmission control module(TCM) this code is for the ECM failure
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
i replaced both ECM and TCM
Expert:  Tom replied 7 years ago.
And still have the same codes where did you get the computers and are they for the same yaer and model?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
the computers was rebuild from dealer
Expert:  Tom replied 7 years ago.
So they were not new they were sent out by the dealer and rebuilt usually they dont rebuild electronics is there still a warranty on them
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
yes still have warranty
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
do you think anything can cause the ECM to burn? i visually check the wiring harness they seem to be ok.
Expert:  Tom replied 7 years ago.
This was covered under warranty correct its covered 8 years 80,000 miles you did not pay for this repair did you?No does it smell like its burn could be a bad rebuild which is common
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
this have 150k so not under warranty anymore, but will try another ECM see what happen.

thank you.
