How do you replace a fog light blub on 2005 KIA Spectra. Does the plastic inner fender need to be removed to access?

Can't find an access point to Fog light bulb. Bulb is burnt out

Front Fog Lamps

REPLACEMENT

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

  1. Remove the front fog lamp after loosening the screws and disconnecting the fog lamp connector.
  2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

 

for easier access, yes, remove the plasic inner

WHERE IS THE ACCESS PANEL. Does the inner fender need to be removed?

 

I know how to replace the bulb.Frown That was NEVER the question!

There is a plastic "splash gaurd" under the bumper. remove this and you can access the fog lamps.
