O.K. sorry to do this to you, but is it a 4 or 6 cylinder and have them explain a TPI??? Do they mean TBI? and what exactly is the issue?

please excuse me it might be a TBI and the car is a 4 cylinder we changed a lot of stuff new fuel pump and oxigen sensor also cadolic converter but still having problems running right been trying to clean while waiting on your answer thats why I'am not there right away

First off, the fuel pressure needs to be between 41 to 47 psi. I also attached spec's on the Throttle body. I would also like to know how it is running? As exact as you could. Be descriptive.
