Hello, I am suspection you may have an injector leaking down into cylinder as car sits. It will then partially flood cyl till engine warms up and raw fuel is burned off and then 4th plug can begin to fire. I would suggest going to a shop for a fuel injector flush. This is not a real costly repair. Should be under $80. In many cases this will work. The other option is to determine the missing cyl and replace that injector. I would do the flush first. Good luck with it and thanks
