1996 Saturn SL -1.9 liter -twin cam- Water pump replacement application. Is the timing belt part of this working water pump ? How long estimated , does it take to replace this water pump ? What all needs removed to replace the water pump and or directions to do so ?

Hello and thank you for using just answer.

No the car does not have a timing belt, it has a timing chain.

The pump is driven by the accessory drive belt, it takes 2 hours to replace the pump.

All you have to do is remove the drive belt, remove the upper motor mount, remove the passenger wheel to access the pulley and pump bolts and swap the pump. Let me know if you need more input on this one.
