2003 saturn l300: daytime running..lamps..relay and fuses, what else

I have a 2003 Saturn L200 and my daytime running lamps stay on causing the battery to drain, we have changed relay and fuses, what else could it be?

Hello and thank you for using just answer.

To properly diagnose this concern the vehicle needs to be connected to a scan tool that can communicate with the body control system and read some inputs here.

MOst likely you will find that the body control module has an internal defect and is causing your issue (common fail part on this car). It's located on the glove box housing behind the dash and requires dealer programming when replacing.
