Replaced thermostat..it is ok but the radiator fan is not running

it was over heating. replaced thermostat and it is ok but the radiator fan is not running. help.

Try hooking upeparate power and ground to the fan to see if it actually works or not. If it works that way, then we need to check fuses, powers and grounds. Also the temperature sender and coolant sensor have influence on the fans operation. If the fan did not work when powered up separately, then the fan is bad.
