HelloCustomer is the check engine light on? Does it do this even when the engine is warmed up?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
No check engine lights or any signals at all. Yes, it will drive fine and then when I stop at a light, I cant hardly turn until I start to rev the engine a bit and pull forward.
Expert:  FixItMan replied 7 years ago.
Okay. Start by checking the tension on the engine drive belt. If the belt is loose or worn it will cause this to happen. If the belt is fine then the pump is the most likely problem.

Unfortunately I do not know of any resources that are available to find a certified shop in your area. I would just check for a shop that specializes in European vehicles.
