2001 hyundai sonata: ignition coil..accelerate..wheel hub/bearings bad

2001 hyundai sonata v6.........number 5 spark missing, replaced plug, wire, ignition coil........still comes up missing on computer.......any other things i can check also loud noise coming from back wheels that get louder as I accelerate? wheel hub/bearings bad?

You either have low compression in that cylinder or an injector problem. As far as the noise goes yes it could be a bearing also check the tire.
