I have no heat coming out of my ducts. It blows only cold air no matter what the heat control is set to. I noticed that the temp gauge never rises above 195

This sounds a lot like a thermostat has failed in the open position. I recommend replacing the thermostat and coolant. You can verify it by checking the temp of the upper radiator hose. If it is warm but not so hot that you can still hold on to it, you need a thermostat.
