hello. below is the procedure for removal of the headlamp for bulb replacement. to access the headlamp you will need to remove the bumper fascia.
Front Compartment Sight Shield Plastic Retainers (Qty: 6)
Front Compartment Sight Shields (Qty: 3)
TipEach front compartment sight shield is serviced separately as needed for repairs.
Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
Front Fascia Extension Plastic Retainers (Qty: 5)
Front Fascia Extension
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
Front Bumper Fascia Reinforcement Nut (Qty: 2)
Tighten6 N·m (53 lb in)
Front Bumper Fascia
Remove the front bumper fascia.
Headlamp Nut (Qty: 1)
Headlamp Bolts (Qty: 3)

hello. your welcome for the answer. MOST repair shops are legit... and if your ever in doubt about the amount of labor being charged for a repair... you could always ask to be shown the labor guide. BUT you must understand that there are instances where a labor guide is wrong due to rusted components, other unseen repairs, and so forth.
