I am not sure what this is? If I click here, am I paying another $9 for a second question?

I really just need to get inside the door to manually raise the window up. I can't afford to fix it right now, except to somehow prop it up and just leave it closed at all times. Our house is being foreclosed, and I need to get the Van running to move out what we have left.
