2001 f150: it shakes when in neutral, drive and reverse but not..park

This answer was rated:

My 2001 f150 shakes when at a constant speed. it also shakes when stopped and accellerating, but when florred it doesn't. it shakes when in neutral, drive and reverse but not in park. It starts to shake after it is warm.

From what you have indicated It sounds like you have an engine misfire.I suggest a computer scan of the engine with a class 2 scan tool,This problem can be caused by a rich or lean mixture, spark plug, spark plug wire,or a failed engine sensor.A scan will lead you in the right direction & stop from replacing good parts.Make a good visual inspection under the hood,I have seen vacuum hoses for the pcv leaking cause this problem.
