xk8: convertible..motors for the headrest sound..motor makes noise

Customer Question

I recently purchased an 05 xk8 convertible. The motors for the headrest sound like they are jammed. The motor makes noise but neither headrest will go up or down. How do I remove the seat back to get to the motors.
