Chrysler products do not have a fuel cut-off switch- that is feature that only Ford has introduced on its vehicles.

What problem are you having that would make you suspect no fuel?

it will start with b 12 , pulled the fuel line loose at filter no fuel

When you turn the key to the on position, can you hear the fuel pump energize(make a humming noise) for 2-3 seconds?

Ok, first try swapping out with other relays the ASD(auto shutdown) and the fuel pump relays- both are located in the Power distribution box in the engine compartment:

If it still wont start and you cant hear it energize, then there is either a short in wiring or a faulty fuel pump. You will need to check for 12v at fuel pump wiring harness connector.

You can access the fuel pump connector by removing the back seat bottom portion. if 12v present, then fuel pump is bad. If no volts present, then you will need to physically trace wiring.
