What I would suggest you do since this has been an ongoing issue and by time I believe you are no longer eligible for lemon law is contact either maserati customer service who will then contact the dealer who has been performing the repairs. Request a meeting with the factory rep. and state your case to him. Usually this will take place at your local dealership. Or try to work with the service manager at the dealership. I can tell you that when customer service gets involved that something will happen because the dealer will then have to report back to customer service and let them know what has been done to correct this.
