Both of these codes should be solved by replacing the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor.

About a year ago I replaced the fuel pump and I had to put a different plug on the end of the wire the instructions said that it was a better type of plug maybe that is the problem? Thank You, XXXXX XXXXX

If there is a system pressure leak, then you would have a different code. I believe that the sensor itself has failed.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you.
