97 Chrysler Sebring: cyl..runs fine..The interior lights come

Resolved Question:

My 97 Chrysler Sebring (manual transmission 4 cyl) won''t start. You can push start it and it runs fine, the lights all work, the battery tested as fine, it just won''t even turn over- turn the key and you get nothing from the engine. The interior lights come on, the warning dings that tell you you are not buckled up. Already tried replacing the starter relays, no luck. Any idea?
